At RIHOAS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags are attached and the items are free of makeup or perfume stains to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Return Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are still intact and the garments are neatly folded.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our system, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
